Shuttle Buses & Wheelchair Vans in Knoxville, TN

HLE shuttle buses and FR Conversions mobility vans, sold and delivered from our Greeneville lot about 70 miles up the road — with our sales manager living right there in Knoxville.

Knoxville runs a lot of shuttle routes. Hotels near McGhee Tyson Airport loop the terminal every day of the year. The University of Tennessee area keeps campus, athletics, and event traffic moving. Senior living communities in West Knoxville and Farragut run daily outing and appointment schedules, and churches across Knox County keep replacing aging 15-passenger vans with purpose-built buses. Thirty minutes east, the Sevierville–Pigeon Forge–Gatlinburg corridor adds one of the busiest tourism markets in the Southeast.

Our sales manager Chuck Hylton is based in Knoxville and covers the Tennessee side of our territory. He can meet you at your property, ride your route, and land on the right size: a 14-passenger Strykr your staff can drive without a CDL, a Mavryk up to 26, or a Kavlyr or Stratos when the route needs 35 to 46 seats. For wheelchair transport, the FR Conversions line runs from rear- and side-entry Pacifica, Voyager, and Sienna minivans up to full-size Transit and ProMaster vans with Braun lifts.

The lot itself sits in Greeneville, about 70 miles northeast — an hour and change. That distance works in your favor: delivery on most Knoxville orders is included or minimal, an in-stock unit can be at your property the same day you buy it, and built-to-order buses run 60–120 days. Rather come to us? We issue a temporary tag and you drive it home.

Good Questions

Knoxville Buyers Ask Us

What does delivery to Knoxville cost?

Usually little or nothing. Knoxville is about 70 miles from our Greeneville lot, and local-range deliveries are typically included at no charge — your quote states it plainly either way. An in-stock unit can be at your property the same day you buy it.

Can we see a bus before we buy?

Yes. The lot in Greeneville is an hour and change up I-40 and 11E, and every unit on our inventory page is physically on the ground there. Chuck Hylton, our Knoxville-based sales manager, can also meet at your property to walk your routes first. Fleet buyer who needs the board to see a unit? Ask us — when routing allows, we can sometimes bring a bus to you.

Do our drivers need a CDL?

The federal line is 16 or more occupants including the driver. A 14-passenger configuration like the HLE Strykr typically stays under it, which is why hotels and churches with volunteer or non-CDL staff drivers buy that size. Full details in our CDL guide.

Where does warranty and service work happen if we’re in Knoxville?

Chassis warranty work (Ford, Chevrolet, Ram, Toyota, Chrysler) goes through any franchise dealer in the Knoxville area. For body and conversion work, we coordinate with qualified local shops — call us first and we’ll point you to the right door. You don’t haul a bus to Greeneville for an oil change.
